Golden Boxes transformed OXXO GAS raffles into a gamified journey of instant rewards. The feature scaled rapidly, driving a +180% increase in visits and becoming one of the app’s most engaging experiences.

Search was the main driver of conversion, but the experience was fragmented. I worked on redesigning it with visibility, personalization, and smarter guidance — improving conversion, reducing time-to-product, and turning dead ends into opportunities.

Product designer with 13 years of experience in digital product design, I have gained expertise in all stages of the digital product creation process - from ideation to user research and prototyping to coding.

My versatile background allows me to be flexible and adaptable in different industries, including Marketing, Insurance, Retail, E-commerce, and Industrial companies, where I have designed websites and applications to create effective user experiences.

I am a passionate musician who loves to sing and play guitar. Additionally, I am also part of a drum line. My love for music has instilled in me a unique sensitivity that I apply to my work as a designer. I believe in listening, analyzing, and the iterative process of learning to improve my design skills continuously.

Designing a Custom Deployment Management Platform: Streamlined the end-to-end vehicle subscription lifecycle for Deployment Services, covering vehicle assignments, status tracking, and installation appointment scheduling within a unified interface.
Designing a Custom Sales Quotation & Contracting App: Empowered Sales Representatives to build customized quote packages for customers and seamlessly transition into contract creation.
Rapidly building functional front-end prototypes through vibe coding (leveraging AI-assisted development tools, HTML/CSS, and Code Editors) to accelerate design validation, test complex business logic, and present interactive previews directly to stakeholders.
Collaborating on automated systems and AI integration initiatives within internal workflows to optimize operational efficiency and enhance decision-making across departments.
